If there is one thing you need in your life, it is this sauce. You know that one pair of jeans you can wear with almost anything and it looks good every time, yah that is basically the same thing with this sauce. Quite frankly, you don't need to follow this recipe to the T because even if you don't have all the ingredients, just mix up ALL the asian sauces you have lying around and i promise you, it will taste good no matter what. But if you need a go-to-sauce lying in your fridge so you can be ready to marinate fish, steak, dress salads, sauce noodles or create a soup base (aka my delicious 15 minute ramen), then this is the sauce for you. It is the perfect mixture of salty, sweet, tangy, spicy and ahhh every possible flavor in the world. You can be the laziest person in the world and microwave some potstickers and pour some of this sauce onto it to serve for a party and people will think you are some 5 star chef (ok maybe i'm exaggerating a little). Watch out for my ramen recipe next week that uses this sauce to make the most delicious and easy broth in the world. Everything but the Kitchen Sink Asian Sauce printIngredients: (makes 1 cup)
